Active Desktop - Vista

Hi Folks

I would like to set a webpage image as my desktop (image updates every 30 secs or so)

You used to be able to do this in XP using Active Desktop. However I can not find this in Vista.

Is there a way to do this in Vista?

Does anyone use this?

I have added the URL to the image that I want to be displayed and set it to update every 30 seconds.

When the program lauches it pulls down the current image. However it never updates.

If I enter the same URL into my browser and manully refresh the page it gets the latest pic.

I have tried this with the "is live item" enabled and disabled.

Any idea?
