Active Directory

Hi all,
What is the easiest way to learn Active Directory? I’ve never had to use it & wouldn’t know where to begin.

Okay , the problem is i dont have another computer to play on so cant setup a server enviroment

Windows 2003 server is the newest (ish) os?

atm i'm still thinking of a test rig , but using vmware untill the rig is purchased.

i'm self studying for A+ essentials & then go to A+ Networking then Cisco CCNA. So want to try & get the maximum out of it while i can. I've been out of college for some time (4 odd years) so really not with it much now apart from browsing the web etc :E

noob questions:


What does mysql have to do with computer support?
Where does Linux fit in with computer support?
What are the best OS to learn?

Right finaly have the time to sit down & have a play , went to install the free VMware server etc but its asking for IIS (screenie below) i looked it up on google , installed it & have restarted but its still asking for it :/
