My middle monitor sometimes starts to have a flashing fit and will not stop unless I unplug the active display port from the usb and then put it back in again, any ideas?

i have seen other places go on about the voltage and flashing the bios but most forums are not as helpful as ocuk so onbly tend to ask for help on here, I would not even know where to start on flashing a GPU bios or if i would want too lol
