active ram cooling ideas??

hey guys, what would be the best and easiest way to cool a couple of sticks of BH-5 that has around 3.3+ v and no heat spreaders???

i was thinkin of just laggy banding an 80mm fan to the top of them using the ram slot clips

would it be better to suck air off or blow air onto?? i always found that suckin air away from always seemed to work better by a degree or 2

any other ideas??

Clips, them little metal winged thing that are black clip and sliver leavers, them and cable ties are good
