ActiveX/COM Issue

I am trying to clean the registry using CCleaner, just the problem is that after cleaning it all, as well as a load of these ActiveX/COM Issues, I scan again and find they haven't been cleaned but are infact still there.

Any idea how to remove them? Perhaps a better program than CCleaner? Whatever that may be?
