We have a few Windows Server 2008 R2 Terminal Services boxes.
One of the cloud-based applications we use requires 4 ActiveX controls. The suppliers provide an MSI that installs the DLL's on the machines. We run these on loads of desktops without issue as well.
This works fine for most users, but we've got a couple of users who the ActiveX controls take about 5 minutes to load (usually it's a matter of 2-5 seconds). At first we thought they were being blocked, but we've found if we leave them they do eventually load correctly and work.
I don't believe it's a security issue as we've tried relaxing everything and it's made no difference. The next step is to delete the user's profiles and see if that helps, but before we do that is there anything I could check, or any pointers to how to troubleshoot this issue?
