Actual Slow Download Speeds

I have an Orbi setup but it seems its hampering my downloads.
The test is 920mbps and if i do speedtest, its between 780-950mbps so fine, its not a full gig but its cool.

Now when i am trying to download from steam, epic, origin, cabled i am getting a good test, from speedtest.net but the speeds on everything seem to be stuck at 30mmb at a push.
If i have epic and steam downloading, im still getting around 25-30mbps each when they are downloading together.

How are you testing the Orbi speeds? Is it definitely to Speedtest?

Yeah I've tested in the app and online I've used fast.com
Speed test
And the orbi app.

It seems to throttle any download getting near 30mbps on both wired pcs.

I’m not familiar with Orbi. How exactly are you testing wired speed? What are you plugged into?

Just to clarify, you're definitely talking about steam/epic/origin downloading at 25-30mbps i.e. 3-4MB/s

I hope he doesn't mean 25-30MB/s.
