AD and changing backgrounds question

Hi there, as an experiment we are trying to change the background for our users when they login. This works fine but what I notice is that the shadows behind the icons are visible, like so…

is there any way to get rid of this?

Windows 2000 ? then don't think so unless you install a 3rd party app.

XP / 2003 server fixed this.

it's xp, drop shadows don't make any difference and normal wallpapers work fine, it's only when we use active directory to force the wallpaper change that the problem happens

As said above by Zap pretty much. This *shouldn't* happen if you change the wallpaper by a KiX logon script using the SetWallpaper() function
