This may have been posted previously, but Bethesda Softworks have a tribute page to Adam Adamowicz who passed away recently.

Adamowicz was responsible for much of the artwork in Fallout 3, Oblivion and most recently Skyrim.

Reading the tributes left by his friends and collegues, it sounds like he was a really cool guy to know. May he rest in peace.

Had a look through his concept work, clearly a very talented guy and you can see the influence his work had on the final product, especially in the case of Skyrim.

RIP. I have his concept art book that came with the collector's edition. I will always remember this guy for providing me with the best two games I've ever played.
