Adaptec 2420 and Abit Ip35 pro

I'm looking to get the Adaptec 2420 and use with an abit ip35 pro mb. I will be installing 4 x 750gb Samsung F1 drive in a raid 5 config.

Can anyone see any problemes with this? What sort of psu should I use for this - would 500w be sufficient

what CPU, gfx card etc. will you be using?

Q6600, P182 case, Asus ATI Radeon EAH3450/HTP/256M 256MB DDR2 TV-Out/DVI (PCI-Express) - Retail - cheap, 8Gb Ram

This computer will be used as a dev server running w23k 64, sql 64, crm 4 (64bit), vmware server (beta 64) (running a mix of w23k and sbs images)

curently I have specd the Akasa Ultra Quiet 500W Paxpower Active PFC ATX2.2 PSU - Black Nickel as a PSU

I would think that 500W is more than enough.
