Has anyone in the UK been able to get one of these cards to work here? The general information from Adaptec is that they are NTSC only, though there is various speculation on various forums that both Dell and HP bundled these capture devices with UK laptops. I was intending to use this device with Vista Premium in the Media Center, but upon setting up the tuners it sipmply says "will not work in this region". Anyone got any ideas?
