Adblockers vs Youtube

Youtube seems to have defeated my adblockers. I'm running Privacy Badger and uBlock Origin. Which other adblockers should I add?

uBlock working fine here with YT on FF, not once seen an ad on there, in all the years ive been using it.

I'm running Malwarebytes and it's generally great, but I have noticed some ads starting to slip through in the last couple of days.
I guess YT updates their system with AdBlock countermeasures or something.

Thats strange, I'm also using uBlock Origin on FireFox and no ads today (~2hours of YT so far). Maybe reinstall the plugin?

I'm using Chrome. That said, I've had no adverts since about 13:00. Maybe uBlock got an update?

According to uBlock on FF, it was last updated on the 4th May for me.

It would be a filter list update, usually on easylist's side that fixes it.

You saying that, rings a bell with me, i vaguely remember a good while ago, suddenly getting ads all over the shop, and it being something to do with the lists.

I only use uBlock on Chrome and haven't seen ads in many years. uBlock reports it's blocked a total of 3 million ads now :eek:

2.9M for me. I guess they updated their filter list at some point today. I'm looking at Youtube on another monitor right now and it says it's blocking 1923 objects on that page alone.
