Add a 2nd partition to windows drive

A question which I really should know the answer to but can you add a partition to a drive which already has windows installed on?

I currently have Windows installed on a 250gb ssd & want to add a second partition of say 100gb.

Partition Magic should do the trick. I have never used it myself though.

Thanks, nothing built in to Windows that will do it I assume then?

Disk management can do it, just right click the current partition and shrink it, then create a new partition with the new clear space.
