Add all my photo's to my iPhone

Hi, recently jumped back onto IOS from Android with an iPhone 6.

I have downlaoded all of my Google photo's which were taken on my various Android phones, and I would like to add these to my 'iCloud' or photostream. Sorry, I'm unsure of the correct term, or correct way to do it.

Items at my disposal:
rMBP
iPad Air
Windows 7 laptop
Windows 8.1 PC
And my iPhone obviously!

Is it just a case of installing iCloud for PC (which I'm on now, works laptop) and then add photo's using the app?

Okay, so I downloaded iPhoto, imported the photo's into there and then I sync'd iPhoto to my phone through iTunes. It's not finished yet however I think that's it all done. :

It doesn't appear to have kept the locations that the Google photo's were taken in, can this be transferred to the iPhone?
