I have always been a single rad person and have a tendancy to think that a lot of people have way to may rads in there rigs for the cooling they need.

I have an original NZXT tempest case wheich can house a 120.2 slim rad in the top of it. I use a pa120.2 externally with 4 fans in push/pull (always used thermochill rads) but they dont make a slim rad (and probably never will) so was thinking ofthe new XSPC EX240 120mm Radiator @ 275mm thick should fit the bill. Im upgrading my single wc 6950 to a 6990 and adding a NB/mosfet cooler to my CH 5 with my phenom 2 965 @ 3.9. Im sure the PA should cope with the extra heat but thinking a second rad will help.

Basically is adding another rad to help cool all this justify the extra money and setting up I will have to do ??

120.2 cools what? your cpu only? that wont cut it for cooling both a cpu and a high end GPU especialy if u overclock.

Basically the rule of thumb is that for each component u want to coool. u need 120.2 each.

u can sometimes get away with a triple rad for cooling a high end gpu and cpu like me but thats the minimum.

The 120.2 cools my overclocked cpu and my unlocked 6950 atm with no trouble. Thermochill F.T.W.
