Add gpu to loop

So far I've got my 10700k @4.9 1.2v in my loop that has. 2 280mm black ice xflow rads with corsair ML 140mm fans,my question is I wasn't going to add my gpu but I think I will now it's a EVGA 2080 super FTW3 Ultra running sock,will my rads be able to handle both.

Yes. Will be fine.
I have one of those rads (not crossflow and the slim version), plus a slim 200mm rad. I run a 10600k and 2080ti both overclocked.

Easily, as long airflow for the radiators is good. GPU will benefit a lot from watercooling.

The EVGA block for my card is hard to find in stock,but I've heard that EK blocks are better the only downside of the EK is I can't use my stock backplate.
