Hi everyone. I just got another 3 2GB G.Skill sticks, exactly the same as I have in my PC to take me to 12GB.

I plugged them in and the PC would not post. I took them out and it posted as normal.

I have an Asus P6T Deluxe Ver. 1. The RAM is PC3 - 12800 DDR3 1600

Any ideas?

I take it you now have 6 modules?
Set them all to 1066MHZ and up the memory controller voltage and then put the other 3 modules back in.

1366 IMC's were rated 1066MHZ afaik, 6 modules at 1600MHZ probably causing some problems.

Ok thanks, before I do that I just wanted to let you know that everything in the BIOS runs at AUTO, not sure if that's going to make any difference to your advise. And what should i set the voltage to? Im a noob when it comes to this

Youll need to raise qpi/dram voltage in bios. How much will just depend on your particular setup.

Id say 1.3500 as a starting point, qpi needs to be increased as 6 ram sticks places more strain on the cpu's integrated memory controller.
