This may just be me but I find that if i dont do sport for a little while I start getting a bit down and low on energy reserves. At the moment im at uni and i play hockey 3 times a week and climb 5 times a week and also cycle quite a lot.
Is it odd to need to play so much sport to feel good. In my oppinion there is nothing that compares to the buzz you can get from sports.
Anyone out there the same as me?
