Adding 2nd SSD to a Laptop?

Is it as easy as opening the laptop, finding where to plug it and just click it into place?

Im assuming I dont have to take bits and pieces out of the laptop to squeeze it in?

Then when booting up, its just there, or do I need to configure it etc

Im only really looking for a 1 or 2TB drive in all honesty, dont want to spend hundreds on it.

Also is there any conflicts with the main drive? Do i need the same brand etc?

OK well ill google my laptop and see what people say, hopefully its an easy one.

But good news on brand, ill get the cheapest I can find and go from there, seems simpler that I thought it would be.

If you post the model of laptop here someone msy be able to help more or try searching for a video on YouTube for your model number.

Its a brand new one from here.
