adding a file to startup with Xp pro

hey

as the title says i need to set up file to open with XP pro (it's actually a database) - i know to disable things but not to start them. does anyone know any method to start them?

Or a shortcut to it in your startup folder

At work (telephone tech support), we have to use a number of different programs all day every day. I added them all to my startup folder, and now all I have to do is logon, then 30 seconds later I'm all ready to go

2x terminal servers, Remedy, Firefox, Telephone routing software, Office communicator, Outlook and Notepad++ all start automatically.

Makes my life so much much easier in the mornings when I'm still half asleep!
