I've got a PS4 500gb which is 80% full (I left the rest of space for updates ect on the PS4).
I've also got a 1tb external hard drive which is (funny enough) 80% full.
I've got another external hard drive (2tb) which I want to use,can I copy and paste everything from the 1tb to the 2tb using a pc ?

No, you can't do anything with the drives once they've been formatted for the PS4.

The only way to transfer files between two externals is to first transfer to the internal and then swap to the second drive and transfer to that. Unless you have a lot of patience or an extremely slow internet connection you would be better of just reinstalling or re-downloading whatever you want on the new external.

The drives get encrypted by the PS4 so you may not be able to use them on your laptop. I'm not sure if you can connect both and transfer stuff that way. Surely you can delete a few games?

Just connect it to the PS4, and copy - that's what I did, I now have 4TB on my Pro (2 internal and 2 external) :D
