Alright, a few weeks ago I found out I could join PSU's up safely with another mod, but now I need to put the PSU into the case.

Where the 120mm fan went, iv drilled 4 holes for the screws, but now i need to cut out a square for the plug to go in (with the 3 pin thingy).

Any ideas how I would cut a hole like this into an aluminium case? Would a coping saw work and if so which blades?

:) I need 2 PSU's becuase it has 15 hardrives =[. I was going to buy a 1.1kw one, but got a cheap 400w for £5, so thought spend £15 on equipment to fit it - got a drill for £10 leaving £5 for sawing.

Ill go to BnQ today and buy a coping saw I guess :). Thanks guys.

Possibly stupid, but it means in the future when I do wanna get new PSU's I can go for 2 700w ones :).

Also to be honest, I just wanted to try a case mod.
Coping saw should be here soon enof; but if one of the PSU goes crazy ouch 1/2 my disks go - at least it's not 100% ! :D And when I upgrade them finally, it'll be very redundant.

Well, at the moment iv got 5 x 200gb and 2 x 250gb, gunna add a few more as soon as some come into clearence on ocuk at a nice price, basically as many as possible - really wanna get hold of a PATA RAID5 card or an SATA RAID 5 card; that's my next aim along with more HD's.
