Hi All,

I currently have the following setup:

Pump>240Rad>CPU Block>GPU Block>Res.

I am going to be adding an EK-XRX360 Rad to the loop but I am not sure where in the loop it should go. Could you please advise on where in the loop the new rad should go?

Many Thanks

My Current setup is:

EK Supreme HF Copper Plexi
EK DCP 4.0
EK CoolStream XT 240
EK MultiOption Res X2 150 Advanced
EK FC-6970

Cooling a i7-2700k O/C to [email protected] and ATI HD 6950 flashed to 6970 and the case is a HAF-X. I was thinking on putting the 360 in the top of the case and the 240 outside at the rear. I was wondering if there was a specific order when adding in a 2nd Rad?

have you considered removing the hdd cage and mounting the 240mm there? I haven't got my tape measure to hand but I'm fairly sure the coolermaster 200mm fans actually measure about 230mm so you could possibly fit it in.

I hadn`t thought of that for the 240Rad, but I was thinking of placing the pump under there so that it looked neater, so I dont see why I couldn`t take the rack out all together. thanks for the idea:cool:

Thanks for all the advice.

One other quick question, when filling the reservoir with fluid, should it be completely full or should you leav space between the liquid and the top of the Res? Its just that I have seen some systems full to the top of the Res. and some leaving a gap? any thought on this would be great

I was going to put the 240 at the rear outside the case. I dont mind modding the case as long as I can return it back to orig. untill my funds are anough to get new case (not decided on which one yet) in the New Year.

Cheers Cleeecooo for the advice on the fluid in the Res.

If you're mountin it externally, you might aswell get a 360 or a 480 rad :D

I currently have a 240Rad in the roof and I am adding an EK XRX 360 Rad to the system, I had thought of putting the 360 in the roof of the case to replace the currently installed 240Rad, that why the 240 was going to be put outside the case or possibly inside the case with some modding of the drive bays.
