Adding additional RAM to overclocked i5-750

Hello, I have the following overclocked bundle purchased from here in 2010:

Intel Core i5 750 2.66Ghz @ 4.00GHz
Gigabyte GA-P55-UD5 Intel P55 Motherboard
Corsair XMS3 4GB (2x2GB) PC3-12800C9 1600MHz DDR3 Bundle

I'm thinking of adding another 4gb of RAM as I've just gone from 32bit o/s to 64bit.

Do you think this is likely to work with my current overclock settings?

Am I right in thinking that if it doesn't work I can just start again and overclock the thing myself?
