Adding an attachment to a mail merge

Does anybody know if there is an easy way to attach an attachment to a mail merge ?

Everything online seems overly complicated?

A quick search it seems it's not possible unless you use a third party app or VBA.

One alternative would be to upload the file to a website and then in the E-Mail have a link to the file.

If this doesn't suit then possibly VBA ?
