Adding an external USB hard drive.

i have a wireless net work set up however i want to add my external hard drive to the network, i have a linkseys wireless setup , i would also like to add my printer but thats not so important.

if you want it accessible when no pc on the network is switched on then you need a NAS box

if you don't need the ext hdd on all the time then just buy an external usb2 hdd and plug it in

quite a few of the NAS boxes come with a built in print server as well so you can network your printer too
