Very basic question here...!

My housemate has a Denon AVR-X2200W and i would like to connect my bluetooth headphones to it.

I had a quick google and there seems to be different USB/random other solutions ranging from very cheap to hundreds.

Just looking for guidance on if there is a "best option" out there?

Cheers

EDIT: So i think i need a bluetooth transmitter and then a 3.5mm to 6.33mm adapter...?

With BT transmitters, a big part of the quality is to do with lag. This isn't an issue when listening to some music, but as soon as there's picture to go with it then syncing the two becomes far more important, so the amount of lag involved in converting to BT becomes important, particularly if there's going to be FPS gaming going on.

The fix for that is APT-X BT chips. The catch is that the BT headphones need a corresponding APT-X chip in order to be compatible.

So, is it music only, or video, or is there some gaming in the mix too?
