Adding boarders to a number of pics?

Is there a way of batch boardering photographs? I seem to spend too much time doing everything one at a time. I'm getting used to some of the basic CS2 commands but would like to save time where possible.

Create an action for the border you want to create. Then just run a batch command on open files, folder etc with that action.

Go on then, how do I do that?
