I think I could do with adding some cals into my daily diet, dont really seem to have gained much weight at all! I think its proberly because I burn off more than I thought at work.
Would adding say 400 be to big of a step up? I can get an easy 400 from an extra shake, I dont normally eat on my last break at work because its around 2.5hrs before I goto bed, but liquid food would digest quite a bit faster wouldnt it.
BTW I got no idea what I currently get a day as I dont count. But today I will eat along the lines of
4x Weetabix - semi skimmed milk and a Whey Shake
Train - PWO Whey shake
Sweet potatoe - can of tuna - salad - handfuls of mixed nuts
MP Flapjack
MRP
Pasta - chicken - peices of fruit
(proberly a MRP here now too)
Whey shake with milk b4 bed
Seems quite good to me overall but what do I know
