Adding Domain User to all domain PCs?

Is there an easy centralised way to do this?

I need to add an AD account (user) to all machines on the domain under their local admin, what's the easiest way to do this?

Create new group, nest user in this new group, use group policy to add this group to the local admin group of these computers.

Obviously without knowing how your AD is set up this might not be so easy, but if all the computers are within one OU then it's easy.

Or use restricted groups, just be a little careful with them though.

if you just want to add and not strip out other members of the local admin group you can use the 'member of' function of restricted groups
