Adding files to a DVD whilst burning an ISO image??

Guys

I know how to burn an ISO file with "ImgBurn" - "right click open with" but I want to be able to add additional files to the same burn process all on 1 DVD?

Is that possible can't seem to work out how?

No, you can add files to the image and it still can be bootable.

I think this is the answer I'm looking for, many thanks
