Adding magnetic filters to an aluminium case

Hi!
I'm thinking of modding some aluminum cases I have.
I've seen there are magnetic filters, like this one:

Ideas on how to make the case surface magnetic?
Or ideas on how to attach the filters without magnets?

Lian li seems to glue steel strips to the inside of the alu panels so that those magnetic air filters have something to attach to - could be an idea...

Have a look at the O11 cases to see what I mean.

How about using some self adhesive magnetic tape?

The filters I bought a few years ago came with some sticky magnetic plastic frames. You stick the frames to the inside of the fan grill, then the magnets in the filters magnetise to the frames
