Adding memory to overclocked bundle

Hi,

I bought an argon overclocked bundle from overclockers a couple of years ago.

Gigabyte GA-H55M-UD2H motherboard
Core i3 2.90Ghz running at 4.0Ghz
2 x Corsair XMS3 2Gb memory modules

I have just bought 2 more identical XMS 3 memory modules and would like to know the best configuration.

Can someone advise me of the best settings to make use of this.

Just shove them into the empty RAM slots and see if it works.

Hopefully filling all 4 RAM slots won't affect the overclock.

I assume you have a 64 bit operating system to take advantage of the extra RAM?

Hi Surveyor,

Just added the memory and it worked fine. Yes I do have 64-bit windows 7.
With my SSD the speed of the box has increased, memory gone from 5.9 to 7.1

i would stress test it with prime95 or intel burn test, to make 100% sure
