Why would there be female avatars, OCUK I'm sure has a 99% male community I don't think a female avatar is a good incentive tbh.

Avatars aren't an incentive to reach a post count. I think Bonnie Parker has earned her right in gangster folklore as part of one of the most famous gangster duos ever.

Would like to see more regular posting milestones as well.

2.5k, 5k, 7.5k, 10k, 15k etc. The current number of posts between a title/avatar change are quite large at the minute.
