Adding more Avatars! Your help is needed GD.

Just seen this, are we going to mix up the avatars with the existing ones as some of the suggestions just dont sit right as being higher than some of the existing ones. Also hierachy wise I think the only spare gangster level is Consigliere who would be above the Caporegime.

Not sure what else would follow after that and before the Underboss without making more intermediate levels.
