Hi

Please forgive my ignorance but I am very new to overclocking.

I bought this bundle about 6 months ago...

http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=BU-101-OK

I followed the instructions to overclock the system and it runs stable at 3.31ghz.

I have 2gb ram installed which the instructions showed me how to overclock as well but i would like to add 2gb more. Should i leave the settings as they are or will i damage the ram? will i have to overclock the ram to new settings? I want to play some high-end games (FSX, Crysis, COD4+5) is it even worth getting more ram?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

If the ram is the same then no leave it as it is, as it should all run pretty much the same.

If you then have problems then downclock, and play around until you hit a stable limit.

Personally, i would reset everything to default in BIOS and boot into windows with the added RAM and stock settings. To make sure everything is working good and all 4GB is found.
Then i would put the overclock settings back in.

On this board you may need to up the MCH voltage as you may get BSOD.
I needed 1.41v on the northbridge to run with 4 sticks in.

It might be worth doing a CMOS reset but this is a personal opinion as in the past I have found it easier.
