Adding more RAM. What's the best to maintain my 2-2-2-5-1T timing/speeds?

I currently have a matched pair of Corsair CMX512-3200XLPRO dimms (2 x 512) running at 2-2-2-5-1T . I want to upgrade my system to 2GB by adding another matched pair of 512MB but it appears that these dimms are now discontinued. What would be the best currently available dimms I could buy to ensure that I maintain my timings and speed?

You cant run 1t with 4 dimms, best bet wouild be to get a 2gb kit, but dont expect better than 2-3-2-5 1t
