Adding network printer to existing wifi network

I have a small wifi setup at home and have 2 computers in the front office (upstairs) with one of them sharing a printer but I was wondering if there is any way to add in a network multifunction printer.

I already have the printer so a wireless one is out of the equation but not sure if there is anyway to do what I want to achieve?

Wireless router is currently down stairs plugged into BT point (no socket in office sadly).

What are my options? Im not sure how feasible running a cat 5 cable to the router would be to a switch in the office but if thats my only resort then I will have to go down that route. Might be a good excuse to redecorate if nothing else!

Thanks, the printer has USB and ethernet connections on it already. Not sure if this will make it easier cheaper perhaps?
