Hi

We have a networked photocopier that is used as a printer.

It's setup on our SBS 2003 server as a shared printer.

All our desktops run XP pro but we have now had a couple of new ones running Vista Business 64 bit.

When I try and add the printer it says it can't find a suitable driver.

How do I get it working?

Thanks

On the server,

Right click on the printer,

Properties,

Sharing,

Then click addition drivers,

Tick x64 (don't worry that there's no mention of Vista),

Click ok, it'll prompt you to install the 64bit drivers (if you don't have them download hem from the manufacturer's web site).

Thanks.

It was the fact that the X64 selection didn't mention Vista that confused me.

I now need to add the Win 7 Pro driver bu the box is now greyed out.

How can I add it?

The Vista 64 bit driver is no longer needed.

Thanks
