Adding New Rows To A Form With A Button

Right what I have is something in which users need to be able to add as many products as they like to a receipt system. So it would be fields for product name, price etc all on seperate rows. What I would like to do is have a button which when pressed will shove in another row of fields (and increase their name values for processing) for them to fill in as they need based on how many products they want to add.

Anyone got any ideas how i can do this?

What sort of system is this? A database with a web page front end? I think we need more information before being able to make any suggestions.

yes sorry it is. running on mysql and php/javascript
