Adding new start menu options

Can someone please help me with this. I want to create a new option in my Start menu where the red line in the picture is. I just want to call it 'Games' and then stick all my game shortcuts in there to clean my desk-top up a bit.

However, I've tried the right-clicking and customize option but can't seem to find anywhere that allows me to add a 'custom' option of my own.

Any of you knowledgeable people know if it's possible and if so how to do it?

If it can be done, I would assume you need 3rd party software or a Registry hack.

What I have done is to add some Folders to the left hand side of the Start Menu.

And I have created a single Folder on the Desktop and put all my icons in it to get rid of the Desktop clutter.
