If you want to get better cooling check our cooler intake air temp and see how much warmer it is then room. If it's more then 3-5c warmer (and it often is 15-20c warmer when gaming / system is working hard) you can optimize your case airflow to supply cooler air to cooler. Every degree cooler the air to cooler is a degree cooler the CPU will be. So if you have 37c air going into cooler and CPU is 60c in a 22c room now, and you lower that to 27c air going into cooler your CPU will be about 50c.
