Adding secondary/failover ADSL connection

Currently have a Demon Business Line linked to a Draytek Vigor 2600 and we are considering installing a second line with another ISP for failover purposes.

So, my current thinking is buying another router and ISP connection and adding these two routers to a Peplink Balance 210.

Am I going about this in the wrong way? Do I need the two routers aswell as the Peplink, or will the Peplink be ok by itself

Anyone have any experience with the Peplink routers?

Edit: Or would a Draytek Vigor 2820 be a better solution?

We don't have a 3G signal at the premises unfortunately.

Off the top of my head, no idea. And I don't know what these terms mean.

Would outgoing email still work on the secondary line?
