Adding sounds to websites

Hiya peeps,

I'm learning Dreamweaver in order to make myself a website to promote myself as an elvis tribute act.

I know how to upload mp3 files so that they play/download when links are clicked on, but I would like a tune to play when the site is entered.

I haven't a clue how to do this.

Anybody?

It wouldn't be constant. It would be about twenty seconds long, with an announcer-type voiceover. It would end, and the site would then be browsed in silence until the demos were clicked on.
