adding updates to window7 install?

i used to use nlite or something? back in XP days, but having to do loads of win7 installs and was wondering what people have used to avoid 110 windows updates after the first install?

Slipstream the CD/DVD install media?

Do just that.

Install, add updates, sysprep and image. Depending on what your using to roll out the images will decide on what you use to create the image.

Just re-read and I can't think of a way of avoiding updates. If you take the image today your going to need to update in 6 months time, but you will only have to do 6 months of updates.
