Hi all

Is the above possible?

Reason I want it is for signal purposes. Want to run a long cable and have the USB adapter near where I sit - for bluetooth headset that doesn't seem to get a strong signal from the PC's existing bluetooth.

If it matters:
- Existing bluetooth comes as a side-feature of an Akasa card reader I have in a 3.5" slot - not from the mobo as some mobo's offer
- I don't want it to roam between the two (I don't think), I just want it to stick to the new adapter ideally

Thanks!!

Don't you normally have to "bond" a bluetooth device with it's receiver? I'd think you'd basically tell the headset to bond with the bluetooth on the USB using whatever software that comes with and the one build into the card reader sits there forever alone? :)

But in Windows 10 (or any Windows I believe) it just shows under 'bluetooth settings' or similar... so they might get bundled together into one I'm thinking (meaning I will need to disable one in device manager I think)
