Adding USB3 to a Dell Optiplex 3010 SFF - How do I get a USB 3.0 card for it?

Page 11 details adding in a second expansion card - PCIe x4.

How do I get a small form factor PCIe card to give me USB 3? I've searched and come up empty? Although it's not a standard size, surely it's not an unusual size?

You can put an x1 card into an x4 slot.

I assume x1 and x4 are the speeds? But the physical size of the card? Clearly it's not "standard"?

It's just a low-profile PCI-E card, that's a standard.
