Adding ventilation to a Silencio 550

Hello!

I was lucky enough to be given a Cooler Master Silencio 550 by my wife for Christmas to replace my old and knackered CM690.

I've installed all my bits but I'll be taking receipt of a new R9 290 Twin Frozr in the very near future, a card which runs notoriously hot, and the ventilation of the Silencio is very limited (3x 120mm as standard).

Now there is space for another fan in the front where I'll mount a fan eventually but that involves almost stripping the entire case down to get it in.

I'll eventually pop my modding cheery and take a Dremel to my CM690, but in the mean time I just need a bit more ventilation.

Two questions:

I have a pair of Corsair AF120 Performance Edition fans which I can mount in the case, but how much airflow would this gain over standard CM fans?

And is it worth keeping the original fans and simply adding in the Corsairs, or simply replace them?

Cheers!
