adding video to my site

Hey i need a little bit of help with adding some .mov files to my site.
What i want is them to open like this http://www.vicfirth.com/education/beginner_lessons/LESSON_ONE.html

If you click on any of the high quality or low quality links it opens the file in a little player.

I can only get it to open in a full webpage and well you can see the problem by going here
www.dave-major.com/media.php

Any idea how i can do this or if someone is so kind they could write the code so i can copy it.

They're just opening them in popup windows. Personally, I'd use a jquery thickbox. Either way, you know what to google for now.
