I purchased the following machine last year.

As far as I can tell it has a TUF GAMING 560M Plus WIFI motherboard. I have now purchased a larger nvme drive. Am I correct in thinking there can only be one installed at a time. I opened the case and can see the heatsink covering the preinstalled option and don't see a second slot.

Is it possible that they can be stacked together?

There are 2 slots for nvme ssd, one just above the GPU (with heatsink) and the second slot just below the GPU pcie slot (without heatsink).
You will need to temporarily remove the GPU to gain access to the second nvme slot

If you dont know what you're doing, ocuk offer an upgrade service where they will install new parts for your prebuilt pc - contact their customer services via website or telephone.
(Obvs back up your data before sending your computer back)

Big help, thank you!
Installed and seems good to go.
sorry didn't mean to sound so condescending lol
i normally assume that if people buy prebuilts they may not want/be willing to open up their computers
(ocuk also offer an upgrade service as part of their aftersales support so i normally direct them there)
